A Community of Connection, Care & Being Witnessed

Welcome to a different kind of gathering.

PDX Professional Helpers & Healers is a monthly space for those of us who hold space for others—therapists, intuitives, bodyworkers, coaches, case managers, medical folks, energy workers, doulas, and everyone in between. Whether we meet online or in-person in Portland, these gatherings are slow-paced, nourishing, and real.

This isn’t business networking. It’s not about selling, pitching, or performing.

It’s about showing up exactly as you are: messy, radiant, tender, powerful. It’s about being reminded that you’re not alone in this work.

We reflect. We share what’s real. We pull a card or two. We laugh, cry, cuss, and connect.

These gatherings are rooted in collective care, sacred interconnection, and anti-oppressive values. We especially welcome queer folks, mystics, deep feelers, those doing liberation-focused work, and anyone devoted to meaningful healing.

If that sounds like you—you’re home.

Who this is for…

✦ You’re a helper, healer, or hope-holder in or around Portland (or virtually connected).

✦ You’re craving real connection over performance.

✦ You’re tired of "networking" and want to be in a space where you can take off the mask.

✦ You share values of justice, equity, liberation, and collective care.

✦ You believe in the power of showing up as fully human—grieving, celebrating, and everything in between.

✦ You feel connected to healing work that is spiritual, intuitive, or witchy—even if you’re not sure you “belong” anywhere else.

✦ You want to build community, not just a contact list.

Whether you’re a licensed therapist, a sound healer, a social worker, a doula, a nurse, a life coach, or a yet-to-be-titled helper or guide—there’s space for you here.

Come in your sweats or your work clothes. Come with joy or sorrow. Come as you are.

“I’m so glad I attended a PDX Helpers & Healers group - I’ve never felt so held in a space full of strangers like I did here. Robyn creates something I’ve never experienced: immediate ease with a room full of new people. As a HSP, that’s unheard of … until now. I’m so grateful.

Who This Is Not For:

We lovingly but firmly hold this as a sacred space.

It’s held with care, boundaries, and intentionality.

We close our circle for a reason—to foster privacy, trust, and depth.

✦ Folks who are primarily looking to market themselves or build a referral pipeline.

✦ People who need to pop in and out or treat this like a casual meet-and-greet.

✦ Those who are unwilling to explore anti-oppression, decolonization, or equity as central to healing.

✦ Anyone who dominates space, disregards consent, or drains the collective vibe (we’ll notice).

✦ People who just want to “talk shop” but avoid talking heart, soul, or truth.

Monthly Structure

🌀 Monthly Gatherings – In-Person (Portland) 🌀

  • In-person: Capped at 10 humans.

  • In-person: Doors close 10 minutes after start time.

  • 90 minutes total; 60 minutes of intros & 30 minutes of personal connecting

  • group photos (with consent)

  • Oracle or Tarot card pulls for guidance or just for fun

Each gathering begins with a centering practice, then we move into introductions—everyone gets 4-ish minutes to share.

What you share is up to you:
What’s lighting you up? What’s weighing you down? What are you dreaming into being?

We share personally & from the heart first before ever offering up what we do as helpers & healers. THIS IS ANTI-NETWORKING.

We close each gathering intentionally—no dropping in or bouncing out mid-way.

This is about presence, pacing, and honoring the container.

What We Believe

✦ We believe healing isn’t just what we do—it’s who we are.
✦ We believe in brave space, shared humanity, and slowing down.
✦ We believe in listening. Laughing. Witnessing. And sometimes just being quiet together.
✦ We are #HumanFirst.

You’ll find us in all kinds of clothes and all kinds of moods.
No pressure. No polish. Just presence.

We gather to:

  • Feel grounded again.

  • Share the invisible weight of our work.

  • Be seen for who we are—not just what we do.

  • Build relationships that nourish, not deplete.

  • Remember why we began doing this work in the first place.

✨ If You’re Feeling the Spark…

We’d love to have you.

Join us for a future gathering—online or in person.
Invite your friends who get it (and leave the ones who suck the energy out of a room behind).

🧿 This is sacred, sweet, soul-deep work.
🌿 And you don’t have to do it alone anymore.

(she/her)

At 44, I’m finally living as my most authentic Self. The past decade has been a wild ride of transformation. I underwent a hysterectomy, ended a 12-year marriage, closed a successful couples therapy practice to start over solo and moved 1,000+ miles away, to Portland, Oregon.

Along the way, I experienced a spiritual awakenings that changed everything. I embraced my true identity, came out as queer (pansexual), and proudly declared my magickal witchyness, breaking away from the Catholic religion I was raised in.

These experiences have fueled my passion for helping others through their own BIG moments. I've been supported by a community of soul friends, therapists, healers, and mentors all along the way. Now, I create tender spaces for you to find your people and feel a sense of belonging—just as I have.

“This has become the one professional meeting I look forward to each month. Not only do I get new referrals but I walk away with a new friend to get coffee with or grab lunch with - it’s truly remarkable.”
